Executive Summary

Marathon K&P needed a multi-event management platform—not a one-off landing page. Using NeoBuild, they shipped Run for Health 2.0 in 4 days: Event Master, public registration, AI-assisted UPI verification, admin race-day ops, and certificate release on Supabase—now live for runners and volunteers.

The Challenge

A single hard-coded event page could not run multiple races per season. Volunteers reconciled UPI screenshots on WhatsApp, tracked bibs and T-shirts in spreadsheets, and runners waited days for confirmation and certificates.

Key Pain Points:
  • ✗ No multi-event admin (every edition needed code changes)
  • ✗ Manual UPI screenshot verification
  • ✗ Fragmented race-day deliverables tracking
  • ✗ No self-serve certificate lookup for finishers

The Solution

NeoBuild's AI-powered platform enabled Marathon K&P to build a full multi-event marathon management stack in 4 days—Event Master, mobile-first registration, AI payment proof analysis, and end-to-end race-day operations on Supabase.

Key Benefits:
  • ✓ One platform for every event in the season
  • ✓ AI pre-screens UPI screenshots before admin review
  • ✓ Bib, deliverables, timing, and certificates in one dashboard
  • ✓ Live in 4 days with zero custom backend team

The 4-Day Build Journey

Day 1
Schema & Event Master

Mapped multi-event data model (events, programs, registrations), built Event Master CRUD, and wired EventContext for open / upcoming / past races on the home page.

Day 2
Public registration & event pages

Shipped per-event landing pages, registration with auto-age and eligibility rules, UPI screenshot upload to Supabase Storage, and registration-window banners.

Day 3
Admin ops & AI payments

Built admin dashboard (search, filters, bib assignment, deliverables), deployed AI payment-proof edge function, and payment / enrollment reports.

Day 4
Launch & certificates

Added race timing, certificate lookup and PDF generation, WhatsApp notification hooks, and went live on the preview platform for Run for Health 2.0.

System Overview

Run for Health runs as a mobile-first multi-event platform—public registration, AI-verified payments, and protected admin consoles for every race in the season.

Multi-event management

Event Master creates events and programs; home page buckets open, upcoming, and past races; each edition has its own registration window, UPI settings, and results.

Runner registration

Per-event landing pages, auto-age and program eligibility, declaration acceptance, and UPI screenshot upload—optimized for phones.

AI payment verification

Edge function extracts UTR, amount, and payee from screenshots, cross-checks fees and duplicate UTRs, and surfaces results in the admin verify modal.

Race-day & certificates

Admin dashboard for bibs and deliverables, race timing, certificate release, public results, and finisher certificate lookup.

Outcomes

In 4 days the organizers moved from manual chaos to a live platform—ready for Run for Health 2.0 and every future edition from one codebase.

Season-ready ops
Multi-event home, Event Master, and per-edition settings without redeploying code.
Faster payment ops
AI pre-screens UPI screenshots; admins confirm with structured fields and duplicate-UTR guards.
Unified runner journey
Payment through confirmation, bib and perks, timing, and certificate—in one enrolled-program report.

"We went from one hard-coded page to a full season platform in four days. Event Master alone saved us from rebuilding every time we announce a new run."
